Having been diagnosed with depression and mental health issues, running has been a saviour both physically and mentally - as a way of escaping and finding comfort in the sound of the rustling leaves, the sun shining through the trees and the birds singing. I particularly love taking part in ultra trail events.

Being outdoors is where I feel most alive - from wild swims to hiking the coast, it’s where I recharge and reconnect. I love sharing moments which I hope inspire others to explore, to appreciate and protect nature, and to enjoy the freedom that being in the open air provides.

I love the outdoors am always out hiking or camping as its my way of escaping into nature and taking a break away from the normal fast paced lifestyle of everyday life it gives me a chance to recharge and reset there's no better feeling than spending time in my tent underneath the stars or hiking to the summit of a mountain and taking a moment to breath and enjoy the views.
