UPF 50+ sun protection
Did you know that an average white cotton top only has UPF of 5. With a UPF 50+ sun protection rating, the BloqUV women's short sleeved crew top is made from proprietary BloqTek fabric, which provides the maximum protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays. And because the sun protection is woven into the BloqTek fabric and not chemically applied, you can be assured that it will never wash out and you will always be protected when wearing it.

BloqTek fabric is exclusive to BloqUV. UPF protection never washes out and fabric provides 5 degrees cooling effect when wet with water or sweat. Our fabrics are tested in accordance with AATCC TM 183 to ensure the UPF 50+ protection is as stated and recommended by The Skin Cancer Foundation. UPF is equivalent in ratings and capabilities to SPF for sunscreens. BloqTek fabric is free of BPA and BPS toxins. BPA and BPS are two types of bisphenols, a group of chemicals with possible adverse effects on human health.
