Poorer quality than expected

Hat came packed flat in a large box. The crown of the hat did not reshape itself properly so looked a bit ragged and battered. Material could be termed lightweight but to me was very flimsy. The hat will be returning it immediately.

Nice Hat!

Bought as a gift. Ordering was easy, from order to delivery there were informative updates. Packaging was a bit weak, the hat was a little crushed on arrival and box was damaged. Despite all this the hat is really nice, good quality material well made and a very good fit. Would highly recommend but suggest stronger packaging 👍🏻
